So, the Bible speaks about false prophets. I thought I understood what this meant until I came across an actual false prophet for the first time.
And I will admit, I was deceived for about a day or two before the Set Apart spirit revealed to me what was wrong by making me restless in the spirit and I did research on the topic, and talked to Yahusha the messiah to confirm this.
Story time, here’s how it went:
One day I woke up like usual, and I went outside and noticed a small tent looking roof and some metal chairs underneath it with a wooden stand in the front. I didn’t know what it was because I’d never seen it there before. The Heavenly Father told me in the spirit to go check it out, so I was obedient and did so. Found out it was like a mini church gathering because a vehicle had broke down and they had to make a temporary set up to do church on time.
Now me personally I’ve never willingly gone to church before but I guess my streak was broken now. Oh well. The male of the group(which I believe was the pastor) invited me to come because I told them I was a believer. He was being really friendly and invited me to come multiple times.. I heard him the first time, inviting me to come every 2 minutes like my alarm put on snooze is not a great way to attract people… He seemed a bit pushy, like he wanted me to come more than I did myself..
But, since I was on a mission to learn how these churches work.
I came out of curiosity. I’m not going to hold you, I was definitely scared because this was something out of my comfort zone. And it was new to me.
Continuing on, the person who was teaching we will refer to as “The Prophet”, since I’m sure using a real name would break a newgrounds rule.
The Prophet started teaching from the book of Matthew, chapter 27, where it was talking about when the messiah was on trial. And bro, this guy took legit 15 minutes to get to the 2nd verse 😭, like, why.
A Kid asked a question about
“How did Jesus create himself in Mary?”
This honestly made me think because I have never thought about it like that before, but as I was beginning to try and meditate on this, The Prophet immediately responded with an answer and I’m over here still thinking, like how did this guy already have an answer that fast? He didn’t even think about the question..
I don’t remember exactly what he said but what I do remember is he said that “God did not have sexual intercourse with Mary”
ಠ_ಠ
Bro. These are middle schoolers. Why would you say that to middle schoolers..?
*sigh. I didn’t have time to make a response to that because he just kept talking, as I looked around the spirit was discerning everyone and their facial expressions.. most of them had lost interest and had closed their bibles. Not only was this ‘The Prophet’ consistently talking, but he didn’t even answer the kids question.
Well, after he yapped for a while and we got through the whole chapter after a good 40 minutes or so, church ended. And everyone was free to roam about or leave.
Yahuah(God) put in my spirit to talk to him about the Hebrew names and such, so I did and He was a pretty tough cookie because I was trying to discern him with the spirit by judging the fruits of the spirit but he was like,
Tough to crack essentially. I did make him aware that I was testing him by the spirit and he said “ok I will do the same”.
So we continued on and I explained to him that the name “Jesus” doesn’t make sense because it is Greek and the letter “J” literally didn’t exist in Hebrew. I was telling him how Yahusha the messiah was Hebrew because he was from the tribe of Judah the son of David, and he spoke Hebrew and potentially Aramaic.
But he kept saying things irrelevant to the topic and was not getting the bigger picture. For example he asked me what his name was and I said “Yahusha”, and he said “what does that mean” and I said “It means ‘I am your salvation’ or ‘Yah saves’.” And then he proceeded to say “Right, that’s what it means but that’s not his name.”
…
What?
That sentence alone confused the crap out of me because I didn’t understand what he was getting at. So I repeated myself, and I got the same response.
I don’t think I’ve seen someone avoid saying a name so badly, like it’s not that he just didn’t say the name ”Yahusha”, but he Avoided it like it was a disease or something.
He also kept saying “His name is Jesus”, and “I know” quite a bit… hmmm. Suspicious.
But, eventually we both departed because I wasn’t going to sit there and try to reason with him pointlessly.
Ps: *It says something about that in scripture*
After our little encounter I started to remember some of the things he said, like; “Jesus is god and the spirit” “He is all three”, “Jesus didn’t have the Holy Spirit until he was babtized.”
I didn’t really pay to much attention to the thoughts so I let them wonder.
Story End.
Ok, so some things to say about this. Sometimes I will rehearse situations in my head where I end up having to preach to people about the gospel in order to practice what I would say if certain questions were asked. This is an excellent way to practice your speech and how to use the right words, especially if you have the spirit of Yahuah(God), because he will help you to discern what is true and what is false by allowing you to see if it lines up with the word of Yahuah.
Now, I must point out some red flags 🚩 about this “The Prophet”.
Red flag number 1. 🚩
He was way too friendly and inviting.
As far as my experience goes, this usually means one of two things:
- he may not know what scripture says about not to believe every spirit. Or in other words don’t be so quick to believe everything you hear.
Or
2: He’s a wolf in sheep’s clothing. In other words, he somehow knows already that I’m a believer by means not of the set apart spirit, but rather another spirit… and any spirit that is not from Yah(God) is not of Yah.
Red flag number 2. 🚩 🚩
He talks too much. It says in Proverbs 10:19
“When words are many, sin is not absent, but he who holds his tongue is wise.”
This is relating to the scripture that speaks of “Be slow to anger, slow to speak, but quick to listen.” Which emphasizes patience over feeling. Because with some things context is very important, you want to hear someone out first completely and listen before making a response. This is also important so people do not trap you in your words with getting you to sin by provoking and enticing you to say something you will later regret. They tried to do this to Yahusha when they caught a woman in adultery and he was just drawing in the ground with a stick thinking before he spoke. You can find this with the key sentence “Anyone without sin cast the first stone.”
Red flag number 3. 🚩🚩🚩
He was way too touchy on me for real, like, it was only me, the new guy. That’s an immediate red flag no cuts no buts no
coconuts.
/* note: it’s a red flag because spirits and demons can jump from another person via physical contact. This is something that should not be overlooked. And usually evil spirits will try to get the person to touch you so they can then get access to you. They don’t have access unless you give them access, bad company corrupts good character. Who you hang out with can open doors, what you say can open doors, what you see(reading and images), what you hear, and lastly, physical contact can open doors.*/
Red flag number 4. 🚩🚩🚩🚩
He did not show signs of humility.
When it comes to the topic of the names and beliefs I will say things like “I believe this to be true” and I give a reason, or “I think this is true because” and etc, I always use words that aren’t directly saying things like “This is -blank” or “it is -blank” because for example when he says “His name is Jesus”, that’s not inherently bad, but you must be careful with saying certain phrases like that because that’s equivalent to saying “I’m right and your wrong”. This is because of pride. Pride is a very sneaky and dangerous sin that if left unchecked will grow rampant. And the worst part is you can’t tell your prideful 90% of the time because pride will hide within itself. The first step to overcoming pride is admitting that you have pride, or are being prideful. Another example with words you should be careful saying is “I know”, this one might be less obvious because it’s a pretty common thing people say. BUT, the over usage of these words every time you try to tell someone something is a red flag. I always try to remember that “You don’t have to know it all, you just have to know the one who knows it all.”
And lastly don’t forget to check yourself to see if you are struggling with any of the things I mentioned above like pride. Ask the Heavenly Father to help you learn how to be humble. It’s hard, but it’s possible.
Ps: I relooked over this text and just remembered to clarify some of the things that “The Prophet” and that kid said in case anyone wants to know.
Things said:
“How did Jesus create himself in Mary?” -kid
Answer- Yahusha did not create himself in the Virgin Mary. Yahuah the father put a piece of himself in Mary’s womb.
Remember only Life can create Life. The father is supernatural and we are natural. This is what makes Yahusha fully man, and fully Yah. Yah became one with Mary and created his dna within her.
“Jesus is god and the spirit, he is all three” -False Prophet
*read carefully, this is a tricky thing that can be easily twisted*
V. .V
Correction- Yahusha is God, but he’s not Literally God. He’s a part of him, like how you are a part of your biological father but you are not Literally your father.
Same thing with the Spirit. Yahusha, the Qodesh Spirit,-
/*(qodesh is Hebrew for ‘particular’ and/or ‘Set Apart’)*/
-and the Heavenly Father are all *different beings of the same origin*.
This is why he says if it’s not *From* me, it is not *Of* me.
Oh yeah that’s some deep wisdom the Heavenly Father just revealed to me as I was typing.
“Jesus didn’t have the Holy Spirit until he was babtized.” -False Prophet
Correction- Yahusha did indeed have the spirit since birth, it just wasn’t in full effect yet. When he was baptized that’s when the Spirit then took full effect and the mark of his ministry began.
In other words: he had the spirit of Yah since his birth to act as a guide until he was fully prepared to take on his task of becoming the perfect sacrifice for our sins.
The end.
Note: well, that was indeed interesting to write, I hope that whoever is reading this, believer or unbeliever or neutral, has got something valuable out of my life experience.
If you're a believer, consider this article as a learning experience and chance to absorb more wisdom. Don’t forget to talk to God about it.
If you’re an unbeliever, I hope this was interesting to you and maybe you’ll consider having a change of heart or mind. Anyways stay blessed and vigilant for any signs that might point to a creator.
If you're neutral.

Just kidding, if you're neutral then I hope that one day you pick a side, like myself, and also find hope like I did.
I didn’t choose God, he chose me. And he gave me the option to continue to follow him or go my own way. I’m glad that I didn’t choose the latter because if so I wouldn’t be here today to talk about it.
True that, true that.
If anyone has any questions, feel free to ask me.
I don’t know everything, but I’ll try my best to answer based off the understanding the father has given me.
If there is anything in the above article that you believe to be inaccurate or incorrect please do tell me your opinion.
